To secure your place on the Camino Gran Canaria Walking Retreat, you can pay a €1,500 deposit per person today.

This deposit reserves your spot in the group and will be deducted from the total retreat price. 

Final payment is due on 20th November 2026.

After the Early Bird period ends, the retreat price will increase by €200 per person.

What’s Not Included:

  • Alcohol and extra snacks
  • Round-trip airfare from your home country
  • Travel insurance (medical, personal, or cancellation)
  • Visa (if applicable)
  • Personal expenses (souvenirs, spa treatments, personal calls, laundry, etc.)
  • Taxis or transfers if you choose not to walk a stage
  • Unexpected expenses caused by third parties or weather (delays, cancellations, etc.)
  • Extra accommodation nights before or after the retreat

Our Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our policy clear and fair:

  • €300 is non-refundable, covering retreat leadership, preparation, and non-recoverable upfront costs we incur.

If you cancel:

  • Before December 8, 2026: Full refund minus €300 (non-refundable but transferable to a future retreat)
  • Between December 9, 2026 and January 8, 2027: 50% refund of total payment minus €300
  • Between January 9 and February 8, 2027: 25% refund of total payment minus €300
  • After February 9, 2027: No refunds possible

If your cancellation is due to serious personal reasons (e.g. illness or family emergency), please contact us with documentation — we may consider a partial refund or rebooking.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including flight changes, illness, or unexpected trip interruptions.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat and provide a full refund of all payments made.
