What’s Not Included:

  • Alcohol and extra snacks
  • Round-trip airfare from your home country
  • Travel insurance (medical, personal, or cancellation)
  • Visa (if applicable)
  • Personal expenses (souvenirs, spa treatments, personal calls, laundry, etc.)
  • Taxis or transfers if you choose not to walk a stage
  • Unexpected expenses caused by third parties or weather (delays, cancellations, etc.)
  • Extra accommodation nights before or after the retreat

Our Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our policy clear and fair:

  • €300 is non-refundable, covering retreat leadership, preparation, and non-recoverable upfront costs we incur.

If you cancel:

  • Before December 12, 2025: Full refund minus €300 (non-refundable but transferable to a future retreat)
  • Between December 13, 2025 and January 12, 2026: 50% refund of total payment minus €300
  • Between January 13 and February 12, 2026: 25% refund of total payment minus €300
  • After February 12, 2026: No refunds possible

 

If your cancellation is due to serious personal reasons (e.g. illness or family emergency), please contact us with documentation — we may consider a partial refund or rebooking.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including flight changes, illness, or unexpected trip interruptions.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat and provide a full refund of all payments made.
