Booking:

To secure your spot at The Journey Within Retreat, a full payment is required at the time of booking. The payment details will be provided during the booking process. 

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel your participation more than 30 days before the retreat’s start date, the entire deposit amount will be exchanged for a CAMINOTELLERS VOUCHER. This voucher can be used to reserve a spot in another retreat of your choice.
• If you cancel less than 30 days before the retreat’s start date, your deposit is non-refundable.
• You have the option to substitute another person for your reserved spot if you are unable to attend. Please contact us at hello@caminotellers.com, and we will assist you and your substitute accordingly.

CAMINOTELLERS VOUCHER:

The CAMINOTELLERS VOUCHER received upon cancellation is valid for reserving a spot in any other retreat offered by Caminotellers. You can use this voucher whenever you wish, subject to availability.

Event Schedule and Group Calls:

The detailed event schedule for The Journey Within Retreat will be sent to you one month prior to the retreat’s start date. This schedule will outline the activities for the retreat.

Group calls related to the retreat will commence in January. Participants will receive information about these calls closer to the start date.

Force Majeure:

In the event that The Journey Within Retreat is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseeable events, the full deposit amount will be reimbursed to you.

Program Changes:

While we make every effort to adhere to the planned program, The Journey Within Retreat reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, activities, or instructors if necessary. We will inform participants of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Liability:

Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during The Journey Within Retreat.  Caminotellers (Company name: Ryszard Mateusz Radzikowski), hereinafter referred to as “the Company,”, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred during the retreat. Participants are encouraged to have their own travel insurance that covers personal health and property.

Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to follow the retreat’s code of conduct, which includes respecting fellow participants, instructors, and the retreat environment. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

Privacy Policy:

The Company respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Newsletter Subscription after Purchase: When you make a purchase on our website, you will be automatically subscribed to our newsletter. You can easily manage your subscription and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” button in our emails. Your privacy and preferences are important to us, and we respect your choices.

Liability Waiver

I hereby acknowledge my voluntary participation in The Journey Within Retreat. I agree to the following:

Assumption of Risks:

I understand that The Journey Within Retreat involves physical activities, travel, and exposure to natural elements, all of which come with inherent risks. I willingly accept and assume all these risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, or other losses that may occur during the retreat.

Physical Fitness and Health:

I certify that I am in good physical condition and do not have any medical conditions or disabilities that would hinder my participation in the retreat’s activities. I promise to inform the retreat organizers of any changes in my health that may affect my participation.

Release of Liability:

In exchange for being allowed to participate in The Journey Within Retreat, I release, waive, and discharge the Company, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or in equity, related to my participation in the retreat. This includes claims for personal injury, property damage, or any other losses.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and protect the Company from any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from my actions during the retreat, including claims brought by third parties or other participants.

Photography and Likeness:

I grant the Company permission to use photographs, audio recordings, or video recordings of me taken during the retreat for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.

Responsibility for Personal Belongings:

I understand that I am responsible for the safety and security of my personal belongings during the retreat.

Acknowledgment:

I have carefully read and understood this Liability Waiver and the Terms and Conditions of The Journey Within Retreat. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily agreeing to these terms and conditions, and I am aware that by doing so, I am relinquishing certain legal rights. I agree to abide by the retreat rules and guidelines provided by the Company.
