How to Join Us:

1. Choose your room type.
2. Pay a €250 deposit per person to secure your spot (or pay the full price if that suits you best).

Final payment is due 50 days before your retreat date. We will send you an invoice by email with the bank details to pay the final amount. 

If you prefer an installment payment plan, we’re happy to arrange that. However, the full amount must be paid 50 days before your retreat date. Simply place your €250 deposit to reserve your spot, and contact us to set up the installment plan.

• Accommodation in cozy rooms, with options for private, double or shared space.
• A heartfelt Welcome Ceremony with snacks on Day 1 to kick off your experience.
• 3 Sunrise Qi Gong Sessions to awaken your body and spirit with the rising sun.
• A rejuvenating Mindful Nature Walk to connect deeply with nature and yourself.
• A liberating Free Movement Session to release tension and energize.
• Group Sharing Circles and Integration Sessions to reflect, connect, and build community.
• A powerful Letting Go Ceremony to release old baggage and invite new beginnings.
• A practical Trail Mastery Workshop to prepare you for the Camino.
• All Meals Included: 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 3 dinners, all delicious and locally inspired.
• Refreshing tea and snacks during breaks to keep you energized.
• Shuttle Service from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port to our peaceful retreat location (designed times only!) and back to Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port to start your Camino after the retreat.
• Pre-Camino Online Sessions to get you fully prepared for your journey.

What’s Not Included:

• Your round-trip airfare to and from home.
• Personal, medical, or trip cancellation insurance (we highly recommend you get this!).
• Between-meal snacks and any alcoholic beverages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you cancel more than 50 days before the retreat, your 250-euro deposit can be transferred to a future retreat date.
• If you cancel within 49 to 31 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you cancel within 30 days, the full amount is non-refundable.

For participants who pay in full:

• If you cancel more than 50 days before the retreat, your full payment (minus the 250-euro deposit) will be refunded or transferred to another retreat date.
• If you cancel within 49 to 31 days, only the deposit will be non-refundable.
• If you cancel within 30 days, the full amount is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if the minimum number of participants is not met. In this case, any payments made will be refunded in full.
